These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AstroTalky ("Service") operated by TalkyTools ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Nature of the service

AstroTalky provides AI-generated Vedic astrology readings for entertainment and informational purposes only. Readings are NOT professional advice — medical, legal, financial, or otherwise. Do not make important life decisions based solely on this Service.

2. Acceptable use

• Don't violate any law or third-party right.
• Don't reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service.
• Don't submit false or misleading data.
• Don't impersonate others.

3. Birth data

By submitting birth data, you confirm you have the right to submit it (your own data, or data of persons who have consented). You are responsible for the accuracy of data submitted.

4. Intellectual property

The Service, including its code, design, and content, is owned by TalkyTools and protected by copyright. AI-generated reading text is provided to you for personal, non-commercial use.

5. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy of astrological computations or AI-generated interpretations. Vedic astrology is a traditional belief system — outputs are for entertainment and reflection only.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TalkyTools's liability for any claim arising from use of this Service is zero — the Service is provided free of charge.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notice. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
