This Privacy Policy explains how TalkyTools ("we", "our", "us") collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards your information when you use AstroTalky (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information we collect

• Birth data you submit: name, date of birth, birth time, birth place (latitude/longitude). This is used solely to generate your Vedic chart.
• Usage data: pages visited, features used, IP address (anonymized), browser, device type.

2. How we use it

• To generate and display your Kundli / compatibility chart.
• To improve the accuracy and features of the Service.
• For anonymous, aggregated analytics (no personally identifying data sold).

3. AI processing

Astrology readings are generated by Claude AI (Anthropic). Your birth data is sent to Anthropic's API solely for generating your reading. Anthropic's privacy policy governs their handling of this data.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only with:

• Service providers (hosting, AI APIs) under contractual data-protection terms.
• Authorities when legally required.

5. Data retention

Reading records are retained for up to 12 months. You may request deletion at any time.

6. Your rights

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data by emailing shubham@startuptalky.com.

7. Security

We use HTTPS, encrypted databases, and access controls. Birth data is sensitive — we treat it accordingly.

8. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13.

9. International transfers

AstroTalky is operated from India. Data may be processed in countries with different privacy laws.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. Material changes will be announced via in-app notice.
